Every aspect of your catering service was excellent, from the planning of the menu till the last dish was put away. Your overall control of this catering operation was impressive. Your wonderful staff took such good care of our guests, especially the elders and made everyone feel special by accommodating their needs.

The table settings were breathtaking and absolutely transformed the room from simple to spectacular. The food was perfectly prepared and was so delightful and delicious. Our strong feelings of using only range free poultry and beef was so easily accommodated by you and so beautifully prepared by your cooking staff. The added feature of the outdoor oyster bar and fresh appetizers was a huge hit for everyone there.

We received so many compliments from our family and friends that night and the days that followed about your wonderful food and fantastic staff. Our wedding was an unbelievable day, so many people have said to us that it was one of the happiest weddings they have been too.
